The president of the United States, Joe Biden has vowed to improve the health care system for the benefit of the middle-class in the country.

Joe through a press statement from his office and available on his social medial pages remember how he was a single father of young two boys who just lost their mom and sister as at when he was first sworn into the senate. He said he couldn't have done it if not for the support he had from his family. Not everybody has that kind of support. It's why child care is so important, he said.

Biden said he is confident his Build Back Better Agenda will expand access to quality, affordable child care with new upgraded facilities accross the United States. Also, middle-class families will have access to high-quality care for their children up to age 5 at a cost no more than 7% of their income.

This agenda is expected to be of a great support to most hard-pressed working families as they wouldn't pay a dime to get high-quality care. Thus, the Biden administration will invest in the child care workforce with better wages, benefits and training opportunities. Parents will also have the option to take up to $8,000 tax credit to cover their child care expenses.

Joe Biden has no doubt that this agenda will be good for families and good for the economy of the United States because child care options boost women's labour force participation, while helping children grow up healthier, do better in school and earn more over the course of their lifetimes.
